We’re happy to be partnering with our friends from the Tail Waggin’ Tutors, who will be out to the library for another great Read-to-a-Dog Day. This is a great literacy event where registered therapy dogs are brought into the library for children to read to. These furry friends won’t judge you if you make a mistake, and they’re always ready to interact with kids who are willing to share stories with them. This is the perfect opportunity to meet great animals inside your library; however, we do ask that you leave your own pets at home. Everyone child who wishes to participate will have the opportunity to do so, and for additional information, feel free to contact Heather Carter at 325-437-7323.
