Health & Fitness is the theme of this year’s Adult Summer Reading Club at your library, and we’re gearing up for a series of fitness activities for the community to get involved in at your library. We’re partnering with YMCA Abilene to offer guests with some a Saturday fitness class each month, and all are free for you to take advantage of. This second session will feature a Pound class that incorporates cardio interval and strength training with the beating of a drum that adds to the challenge of the workout. An instructor will take you through an entire workout at your library to give you a taste of what this workout is all about, so don’t pass up on your chance to come check it out.
